5th UTTAR PRADESH AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE CONGRESS 2020  (UPASC-20) is UPCAR and Agricultural Research Council of India organised symposium (happened month of February, late post, because I just got the time to share).

The symposium was supported by five major agriculture institute in India which includes NABARD, International Potato Research Center, IARI, New Delhi, UPCAR, IAS BHU, Looking back, I feel like I have improved my presentation skills over time since I joined Masters. Before coming out of my home town, I used to think, "OMG, I am little stammer also not a Fluent English speaker, a guy from a small town, also I am just a master student while maximum participants pursuing their PhD in the respective subject in well known Institute and research centre in nationwide,  I am no way comparable to these Students who already from very decent background and no matter how hard I try but how can I compete against them"



Even though I am not a trained public speaker in my mother tongue. I attend many Conferences and such competition before in my UGs but that situation is much different. however, speaking in English, I was never that confident!

However, after coming at BHU, I have changed my perception. I have developed my confidence in presenting science, in English! I don't consider myself a pro-presenter, however here are certain things I follow while making slides for any presentation:

 

1) The audience - knowing the audience helps in the tailor-making introduction, to decide the extent of simplification required.

2) Time limit - to decide the amount of content.

3) The storyline or the flow: This includes deciding what goes first, second, third and so on. Choosing the important data that is required to support the story. i.e the most important finding. Definitely, it is impossible to present all the data you have!

4) Colour or theme: I prefer black text, white background and pink and green for text highlights. 

I think it is better to use multi colours.

5) Animations: I like using the "appear" animation in my slides as it helps in getting the focus to what I am talking as I click

6) Practice: No matter how much experienced you are, it is always best to practice. This helps in efficient time management and in adding or removing a few slides.

Happy Valentine's Day ; Don't Forgot sweet's for your sweetheart

It feels so good to write here, after a long (so long, in fact) gap. How are you all doing? I’m doing great, did you know, I'm near about Final year of my course
since I wrote a post here. And now, got time to share with you.

This is time for valentine search ! For the valentine's day, we youngster's use to celebrate this day like a festival Many ppl around us  celebrate Valentine's Day by showing appreciation for the people they love or adore. Some people take their loved ones for a romantic dinner at a restaurant or Give chocolate ;
Most all of us love the taste of chocolate, you may find lucky if u got such gift on such special occasion ;  but for some it means someone may get hurt! no need to get hurt we can buy and enjoy from any shop (like me do always)

Chocolate is a traditional Valentine's Day gift, in a heart shaped box, or in a heart shaped candy, wrapped in red foil.

"All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt."
I goggle this thought ; anyway it's not important what it means that important

Chocolate comes from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. Cacao originate in Mexico,and distributed  Central and South America, in india also northern state cultivate chocolate,

The seeds of the cacao tree have an bitter taste, and fermented to develop the full flavor of chocolate.

Much like coffee beans, the cocao beans are then dried, roasted, and ground to form cocoa mass, a pure chocolate called chocolate liquor. The liquor contains two principle ingredients: cocoa solids and cocoa butter. Cocoa solids contain theobromine, a methylxanthine alkaloid chemically similar to caffeine with like physiological effects.

There are numerous types of chocolate made by mixing four ingredients,

cocoa solids,
cocoa butter,
sugar, and milk

solids in varying proportions. Additional agents such as lecithin (an emulsifier), vanilla and vegetable oils increase the possible formulations. Here are some of the most common forms used:

Unsweetened chocolate: Also known as “bitter” or “baking” chocolate. It is unadulterated chocolate: the pure, ground, roasted cocoa beans rendering a strong, deep chocolate flavor.

Bittersweet chocolate: A dark chocolate that contains at least 35% cocoa solids. Most bittersweet bars contain at least 50% chocolate liquor, with some bars pushing 70-80% chocolate liquor. This chocolate has a deeper, more bitter flavor than sweet dark or semi-sweet chocolate.

Semi-sweet chocolate: A dark chocolate containing at least 35% cocoa solids but is sweeter than bittersweet due to additional sugar.

Sweet dark chocolate: A “dark chocolate” as it does not contain milk solids, but with a high percentage of sugar so it is much sweeter than other types of dark chocolate. Many brands of sweet dark chocolate have only 20-40% cocoa solids.

Milk chocolate: In addition to containing cocoa butter and chocolate liquor, milk chocolate contains either condensed milk or dry milk solids. Milk chocolate must contain at least 10% chocolate liquor, 3% butterfat, and 12% milk solids. Milk chocolates are typically much sweeter than dark chocolate, and have a lighter color.

So I hope you did not forget your sweetheart this Valentine's Day and bought her a box of her favorite health food, Chocolate!

पण मग तिथे गोष्टी संपत नाहीत
मिठी संभाषणासारखी असते
आधी साधत नाही
मग कधी संपत नाही
आता त्या न संपणाऱ्या न घडणाऱ्या
संवादाचे काय करावे?
मिठी रेंगाळनार्या संवादात
'इत्यादी' असतोच ना
तसे तू मिठीचे करून टाकतेस
इत्यादी इत्यादी घुसमटनारे इत्यादी
दिघ:मूढ इत्यादी शब्द,स्पर्श,व्याकुळ ,
इत्यादी इत्यादींच्या अनेक तऱ्हां......
इत्यादींची मला भीती वाटते
तुलाही वाटते
तुझीही वाटते
इत्यादी भीती वाटण्यासाठीच असतात
किंवा निरर्थकमध्येच
केंव्हा तरी
माझ्याकडे वळणार्या
तुझ्या आतुर नजरेसारखी
ती निरर्थक असते !!!
असे नव्हे ,
पण कदाचीत तसेच असते
कारण ती इत्यादी असते
इत्यादी म्हणले तर अर्थपूर्ण असतात
म्हणले तर निरर्थक
मग कुणी म्हणले तर......

First Few days in MGM-CABT


It was 20th june I believe! I just saw the details of the Maharashtra agriculture research institutions(MCAER) undergraduate programs only a week before the last date. I decided to apply for it and just applied in a hurry actually, yes, it was really a hurry! I was done with everything and sent the application.

I was waiting for the release of selected list of candidates from the 25th july They updated the selection list everyday but my name was not on the list till 25th of March!that time i require admission is very essential otherwise my 1 year may spoil or if i took wrong decision may my whole carrier in danger to i remain very cool try to encourage myself because i fail pmt with narrow margin i dont want to took admission for BAMS or pharmacy . I used to go to the MCAER website everyday and check the list, but, my name was not there in the selected list of candidates. I lost all my hope and decided that I won't get selected. But, it happened! I received a mail from the Academy after 29th of july! I was happy to the core, jumping up and down. Because, after the 3 month of negative stress there is something to makes me happy from school time my favorite subject is biology its felling a good i go for most advanced course of natural science in no1 college

I believed that this would change my destiny to a better place! The college is not more long than my town but i required change

I was happy till my father said "no" to this. He was really afraid to send me out of my town! But, I managed to convince my dad and he accepted to allow me to take mebin hostel

And, the next problem after convincing my dad was, "when to join for the mgm cabt After lots of confusions, finally joined mgm hostel gandheli which was allotted me @ 7th and college starts 8th August

And, this is the first time for me, away from home!

In the college  I got some new friends firest day lectures by mr. Chandre and mr shukre both of them goes basics in Biotechnology i was found active in class because we disscuss my fav subject i.e. Scope for biotechnology this day was play imp role in my image build up i.e. Day scholar student..

I now aware of all tensions forgot all problems in gandheli and its makes i love gandheli

Even i begain again for makes poems, write articles that i stops in cet period i.e. Very stressful time i got only 140/200 marks

After some days i

Introduced with B.N. Chavan sir who is principal and dean of our college they tell us about degree programe rules and regulation of college

The normal college timing is from 9.30 a.m to 5.oo p.m. And students do research even late nights which shows their ultimate interest. People here are dedicated!

Learning many things apart from the academics, which i hope will be very useful for the rest of my life. It is very safe in here and the place is really "God's own Country". People here are very friendly, smiling and caring, so that getting acquainted with the new environment becomes very easy!

Finally, I'm feeling free and independent for the first time in my life with a complete satisfaction of what I'm doing right now!
Many of the memories but i share after some day i go for completion practical the exam on head !
