I also thought that writing poetry was a big trick.

आज खूप दिवसांनी लिहायला बसलोय तेही पहाटे 5 वाजता, नुकतच दुर्गाजय दत्ता च पुस्तक वाचलं "The Boy Who Loved" वेगळंच  वाटतंय...एकदम रोमॅन्टिक ! सर्व भूमिका आणि चरित्राची अगदी सुबोध वर्णन केलंय अगदी हळवं झालंय मन, खुप भावना दाटुन आल्यात वर पाऊस टीप टीप पडतोय वातावरणात एक गारवा आणि पहाटेची किलबिल मोहक शांतता यासोबतीला उन्मुक्त अभिव्यक्ती. सडेतोड आत्मपरीक्षण..वेदनांची हळुवार उकल.. आणि समोरच्याच्या साथीने आपल्या स्वतःलाच सापडलेले आपण! फार सुंदर अनुभव होता, खरंतर कुणा दुसऱ्यासाठी घेतलेलं हे पुस्तक इतकं आवडेल अस वाटलं देखील नव्हतं , आता लक्षात येतंय किती हद्दपार केल्यात काही गोष्टी आपल्यातून. ‘माझ्या’ माणसाला मनातलं काही सांगताना मोबाईलचा स्क्रीन वर टिपटिप करण्यात नुसताच वेग साधतो.
धावणारे विचार काबूत आणून कागदावर उतरवंताना मजेदार तारांबळ उडते, ती सरावाने ‘प्रोग्राम्ड’ मेंदू अगदी सहज उरकून टाकतो. हरवलेला आहे प्रत्यक्ष स्पर्श. ‘पर्सनल टच’.आपल्या प्रिय व्यक्तीची भेट कधी होईल माहिती नाही. भेट काय, तिचं दर्शनही अप्राप्य आहे. पण संवाद तर साधायचाच आहे 'या मनीचे त्या मनी' घातले नाही, तर ते अपूर्णत्व आपल्याला चरितं करणार आहे. ही सैरभैर करणारी ओढ. कधीकधी अपूर्ण गोष्टी असतात ना, त्या भासतात. पूर्णत्वाचं समाधान नसेलही त्यांच्यात कदाचित. पण अर्ध्यात वेगळ्या झालेल्या त्या वाटा धुक्यासारख्या भासतात. गूढ..पण सुंदर.😊

Dancing Young Girl

I saw her dancing so I stayed,
unable to depart,
Because of talents there displayed that stirred my very heart...

The moment that she stopped was when I ventured learning more,
As if new courage prompted then as I had crossed the floor...

She looked ahead and saw me smile and in that moment knew,
That very soon and in a while, I'd whisper,     'I like you! '😊
And And she smiled beautifully, as if to coax me on,

And then I took her hand to dance, a slow dance cheek-to-cheek,
With that sweetheart I'd met by chance, so precious and unique...

This is time for valentine search ! For the valentine's day, we youngster's use to celebrate this day like a festival Many ppl around us  celebrate Valentine's Day by showing appreciation for the people they love or adore. Some people take their loved ones for a romantic dinner at a restaurant or Give chocolate ;
Most all of us love the taste of chocolate, you may find lucky if u got such gift on such special occasion ;  but for some it means someone may get hurt! no need to get hurt we can buy and enjoy from any shop (like me do always)

Chocolate is a traditional Valentine's Day gift, in a heart shaped box, or in a heart shaped candy, wrapped in red foil.

"All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt."

Chocolate comes from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. Cacao originate in Mexico,and distributed  Central and South America, in india also northern state cultivate chocolate,

solids in varying proportions. Additional agents such as lecithin (an emulsifier), vanilla and vegetable oils increase the possible formulations. Here are some of the most common forms used:

Unsweetened chocolate: Also known as “bitter” or “baking” chocolate. It is unadulterated chocolate: the pure, ground, roasted cocoa beans rendering a strong, deep chocolate flavor.

Bittersweet chocolate: A dark chocolate that contains at least 35% cocoa solids. Most bittersweet bars contain at least 50% chocolate liquor, with some bars pushing 70-80% chocolate liquor. This chocolate has a deeper, more bitter flavor than sweet dark or semi-sweet chocolate.

Semi-sweet chocolate: A dark chocolate containing at least 35% cocoa solids but is sweeter than bittersweet due to additional sugar.

Sweet dark chocolate: A “dark chocolate” as it does not contain milk solids, but with a high percentage of sugar so it is much sweeter than other types of dark chocolate. Many brands of sweet dark chocolate have only 20-40% cocoa solids.

Milk chocolate: In addition to containing cocoa butter and chocolate liquor, milk chocolate contains either condensed milk or dry milk solids. Milk chocolate must contain at least 10% chocolate liquor, 3% butterfat, and 12% milk solids. Milk chocolates are typically much sweeter than dark chocolate, and have a lighter color.

Diagnose your disease!

Let it be any disease, ranging from a fever (which is the symptom of many diseases) to HIV, diagnosis at an early stage is very important for giving specific treatment.Whenever I go to a doctor, he asks me things like, stomach pain, fever, body pain, head ache, running nose, throat pain etc., then, he checks pulse, then he uses his stethoscope, he then gives all the possible antibiotics! Yes, really, this happens in most cases. Then, if my problem is not fixing up in a week, he'll ask me to take a blood test, this, that, and, all!

Nothing wrong in this, because he can't ask everyone coming to him to take blood test at the very first sitting, then, no one will visit him back saying he sucks out blood all the time! But, it is okay to have a blood test after a week, but, not after a month! Diagnosing a disease after it had reached a severe stage is comparatively less significant than diagnosing at an early stage. So, how to diagnose?

Antigen - Antibody!
Antigen and Antibody interactions are mainly used for diagnosing most of the diseases. When you give your blood sample to your doctor, he gives it to his lab, there they check for the presence of particular antigen in your blood. For example, if you have typhoid, surface proteins of  the causative organism (Salmonella typhi) will act as antigen and when antibody (specific protein produced by your body against the antigen) is added to the infected blood sample antibody - antigen interaction occurs, which could be detected by various techniques.

Possible methods for diagnosing a disease!
There are several methods available for diagnosing a disease, but, most of them are based on the antigen-antibody interaction. Here I had listed a few methods of diagnosis, which I know:

1) ELISA  - Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay!
This method is based on the antigen antibody interaction. Two antibodies are used for detecting the presence of a single antigen. But, both the antibodies won't be directly reacting with the antigen, one antibody (primary) will be reacting with the antigen, and other antibody(secondary -which was raised against the primary antibody) will react further with the primary antibody used, producing color based on the enzyme linked with it. Generally done using 96 wells plate.

2) Western Blot!
This is also done for finding the presence of a specific protein (in diagnosis, the protein is antigen) in a given sample.This is done generally after doing SDS PAGE and transferring the protein separated in the gel to nitrocellulose membrane followed by similar technique of adding primary and secondary antibody, which will show color if there is infection.

3) PCR - Polymerase Chain Reaction
Though the presence of a particular gene could be detected using Southern blot, the most sensitive technique used for diagnosing a disease based on genes is PCR. Quantitative PCR could be done for even finding the severity of the disease based on the concentration of a particular gene of the causative organism.

I prefer to go with PCR than any other technique, but, when there is no thermo cycler in your laboratory it's better to go with ELISA! There are also other techniques like latex agglutination and microscopic observation of samples, but, the best way is PCR!

जुन्या दिवाळीच्या सुट्यांची आठवण येतेय. पण डोळे मिटून आठवायचा प्रयत्न केला, आमचा वाडा वाड्यातील खनाची घर, बाजूला एक मोठ्ठ डेरेदार लिंबाचं झाड, वळणाचा रस्ता, नागमोडी नदी, मागे टेकडी आणि नदीत मावळताना सूर्याच्या केशरी छटा अस चित्र समोर आहे माझ्या. आणि त्या चित्रात नकळत कोणीतरी मलाही रंगवलंय. त्या शांतपणात माझ्या जाण्याने एक छोटासा तरंग उठतो, आणि बाकी सगळं पुन्हा शांत, सौम्य, गूढ.येतय डोळ्यासमोर ????

एक नउवार चापूनचोपून नेसलेली, केसांचा अंबाड़ा त्यात एखाद फूल, कानात कुड्या, हातात हिरवा चूड़ा, दोन पाटल्या, कमरेत चाव्यांचा जुड़गा, पायात जोडव्या,चेहऱ्यावर सुरकुत्या, डोळ्यांत आपल्या पाखरांची वाट आणि खुप माया. माझी आजी अगदी अशीच होती. खुप कमालीची आणि नेहमी हसतमुख. मी कधीही तिला थकलेली पहिलीच नाही. सतत कामात आणि तरीही अगदी शांत.
आम्ही लहानपणी जेव्हा गावाला जायचो , ऑक्टोबर महिन्यात तेव्हा एसटी तुन उतरल्या उतरल्या आम्ही आजीच्या घरापर्यंत ओरडत धावतच सुटायचो. मी तिला कायम घराच्या खिडकीतच पहायचो  जणू काही मागच्या मे महिन्यापासून  ती आमच्या वाटेकडे डोळे लावून तिथेच उभी आहे की काय? घरात शिरल्यावरची तिची ती उबदार मिठी आणि गालाचे घेतलेले पापे अजूनही अंगावर काटा आणतात. अबई !!!! म्हणायचो मी तिला घरी ती आम्हाला नाहुमाकू घालायची, आम्ही येणार म्हणून मुद्दाम आणलेली खारी ,अंगणात मुद्दाम बांधलेला झोपाळा,आमच्यासाठी केलेला फुलांचा गजरा, तिने आमच्यासाठी शिवलेली गोधडी जिची ऊब आजही तशीच आहे. सार काही मनाच्या एक स्पेशल कोरीव बॉक्स मधे जसच्या तसं आहे. तिने केलेली पुरणाची पोळी वर तुपाची धार, एक सवता बुंदीचा लाडु  सगळ्यांची चव अजूनही रेंगाळते आहे जिभेवर. देवापुढे दिवा लावून आमच्याकडून शुभंकरोति हट्टानी म्हणून  घ्यायची.
संध्याकाळी तुळशी वृंदावनसमोर दिवा लावणारी माझी आजी तीच ते मोहक रूप अजूनही डोळ्यासमोरुन जात नाही. रात्रीच्या गावातल्या भयंकर अंधारात आम्ही तिचा पदर पकडून तिच्या मागे मागे असायचो, आणि ती नुसतीच हसायची पण खरतर तिला हे आवडायच. 

बाईचे कसे वेगवेगळे वर्जन असतात किनई लहानपनीच हट्टी वागणं, तरुणपणी प्रेमात पडल्यावर अजून थोड़ मचुअर लग्नानांतर तर मचुरिटी च्या एज ला आणि आई झाल्यावर पूर्ण जवाबदार (मुलांच्या बाबतीत तरी 😁  ) आणी  आजी झाल्यावर जवाबदार च्या पलीकडे.  कुठून येत हे शहाणपण ? कोण शिकवत असेल हे ? आई नेव्हर अंडरस्टँड  ?? पुढच्या जन्मी स्त्रीचा जन्म घ्यावा लागेल !!
मुलगी असतांना हट्टी नाकावर राग असणारी पण नाजुक गर्लफ्रिएन्ड आणि बायको असताना हळुवार आणि समजूतदार तर आई होताना कठोऱ असणारी, आजी झाल्यावर कोमल कशी होते?                
माझ्या आजीच्या घराबाहेर गुलाबच मोठ झाड़ होत. (हो, झाड़च कारण ते झाड़ाएवढ मोठ होत ) आजी-आजोबा चारधाम ला गेले असताना आजीने हट्टान ते रोप घेतल होत. त्या गुलाबला एका वेळी किमान ७ ते ८ गुलाब यायचे. आई सांगते ते गावठी गुलाब होत, पण त्या गुलाबाचा सुगंध आजतागायत मला कुठेही मिळाला नाही. आपल्या सिटी लाइफ मधे बऱ्याच मॉल मधे त्या सुगंधाचा परफ्यूम मिळतो का म्हणून आजही शोधात फिरत असते पण अजुन ही नाही सापडला तो सुगंध. " खरच तो सुगंध गुलाबाचा होता की आजीच्या मायेचा होता ? तिच्या प्रेमाचा ? की तिच्या आठवणींचा ? " आजी गावावरुन आमच्या घरी येताना आठवणीने गुलाबाची फूले  आणायची. विशेष म्हणजे नंतर जेव्हा ती आजारी पडली तेव्हापासून झाड़ मलूल पडल. पुढे तीच आजारपण  वाढत गेल आणि एकाएकी झाडावर गुलाब येईनासे झाले. ती ज्यादिवशी गेली जानेवारी मधे तेव्हा झाड़ही गेल. हे अस कस? हे न सुटलेल कोड़ आहे.
माहीत नाही आपल्या नातवंडाना नऊवारी मधील आजी बघायला मिळेल की ती आता फ़क्त फोटोतच....  त्यांना त्या गोधडीची ऊब, तुळशी वृंदावनासमोरच्या त्या  दिव्याच मोहक रूप, शुभंकरोति ची गोड़ी, गावतला अंधार, अंधरातली नसलेली भुत,आजीच ते 12 खनाच घर आपल्यासाठी बांधलेला दोरीचा झूला,शेणानी सारवलेल अंगण आणि आजीच्या अंगणातला गुलाब... ह्या साऱ्याची मजा कधी कळणारच नाही.
आज आजी ही एक सुंदर आठवण आहे." त्या गुलाबाच्या सुगंधासारखी , हरवलेली तरीही जिवंत. "

That's funny I remember when my parents buy fowl, and remembering my older sis cleaning the fowl we had found eggs of the fowl without the shell tho. And when we used the eggs for breakfast the yolk was orange always found that weird but it's naturally not weird after all

International Coffee day

Over the years, scientists have spent a lot of time looking at the beneficial effects of coffee, possibly because many of them seem to live off it. A recent reanalysis of existing studies suggests that people who drink 2 additional cups of coffee are 44% less likely to get excessive liver scarring. What is amazing is that this “protective effect” seem to increase with the amount of coffee you drink, and has been seen in multiple studies. However, it is still not clear exactly how coffee benefits the liver. More experiments still need to be done to find out if this benefit is due to caffeine or something else in coffee, and whether if the methods of preparation would make a difference.
